Norbert is a 3 pound pet therapy dog. His owner, Julie Steines has been working in children's hospitals, nursing homes, schools, etc.for almost ten years bringing smiles to those who need them. Julie and her mother, Virginia Freyermuth, Ph.D, had an idea to capture Norbert's contagious happiness and put it in a children's book, "What Can Little Me Do?".
